Francisco Sánchez Moreno

Founding Partner – Peru / Spain

Graduated in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico, Peru. He has led residential and corporate real estate projects in both Latin America and Spain, developing projects under solid financial models and collaboration with international funds. Notable projects include PAL400, sold to a German fund, and others currently expanding in Málaga and Granada. Highly knowledgeable in strategic partnerships, legal/fiscal feasibility, and wealth management.
